OF TRADING SEPTEMBER ROSE DESIGNS


IMAGERY

Every effort has been made to represent our beautiful jewellery accurately but due to the natural qualities of the gemstones we use, some variations in colour may occur. Unfortunately SEPTEMBER ROSE cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour/hue of the jewellery due to the computer equipment or software used by our customers.

SIZING

SEPTEMBER ROSE does not hold or take responsibility for the sizing of tailor made or bespoke jewellery. This will always be done in consultation with our clients and you will be asked to sign a document to approve the design and sizing before any work is undertaken to create the actual piece of jewellery. In the case of rings, a prototype will be created in silver for you to assess the size prior to the final piece being made. This is a service that can be extended to any commissioned work on request - please note additional charges will apply.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server. No credit card details are stored on our database. All deposits paid with respect to placing an order are non-refundable.

DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Made-to-order pieces ordered from this website are prioritised by order date. Bespoke commision and tailor-made pieces are prioritised by required date. If you require your jewellery sooner than the stated lead time of the individual piece, or at very short notice, please order your desired piece(s) and fill in the form that will appear when you add your piece(s) to your bag. Alternatively please order your desired piece(s) and then contact Samantha directly to arrange swift delivery.

We will kept you informed of the progress of your order throughout the making process. You will be notified of an estimated delivery date and then receive a dispatch confirmation email with details of your shipment.

Items are gift wrapped in beautiful SEPTEMBER ROSE packaging and sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier service depending on the value - all items are insured for their full retail value. Domestic postage is free of charge but for international orders extra charges will apply and you may also be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at its country of destination.

SEPTEMBER ROSE is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

POLICY FOR SHOP PURCHASES

Stock items purchased from the SEPTEMBER ROSE shop are eligible for a full refund or exchange, but please note they will be accepted at the discretion of SEPTEMBER ROSE and are first subject to a quality assurance check when received. Any items that show signs of wear, have been damaged, resized or altered by a third party will invalidate our return policy and will not be accepted for return.

Please be aware that we package our earrings for hygiene purposes, once this packaging is opened you will no longer be able to return your earrings unless they are deemed faulty.

Please note that ring sizes, engraving and any differences to the description on our website are considered as bespoke/tailor-made items.

REFUNDSWe offer refunds for stock pieces you do not wish to keep up to 7 days after the item has been received. Please email us with your name, order reference, and reason for the return. As soon as we have received your email, we will acknowledge your request and provide a return address to ship the item to. The item should be sent back in its original packaging, be in its original state and sent via trackable delivery service. We can assist you in arranging an insured shipping method. We do not take responsibility for the return shipping cost when an item is exchanged unless the original item was faulty. We will process the refund via the same method of payment as the original purchase was made.

POLICY FOR MADE-TO-ORDER, TAILOR-MADE AND BESPOKE ORDERS

SEPTEMBER ROSE aims to exceed your expectations. Refunds for made-to-order, tailor-made and bespoke items are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits paid are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to notice of cancellation, the full payment becomes due.

Please note that rings are always considered as made-to-order items.
